Matt Malloy is a seasoned Denver-based real estate advisor with extensive experience guiding clients across residential, land, luxury, and multifamily transactions. His diverse background allows him to approach each deal with a strategic, investment-minded perspective that aligns with both lifestyle and long-term wealth goals.

Matt works closely with Chris Lopez and the Denver Real Estate Investing Podcast community, where he has been featured as a contributor and advisor on market trends and investment strategies. He is also actively involved with Property Llama Capital, helping raise tens of millions of dollars for real estate investments, including multifamily acquisitions and real estate–backed hard money debt funds. This experience gives him a unique ability to bridge the gap between traditional brokerage and sophisticated real estate investing.

In addition to advising investors, Matt partners with custom home builders to market luxury properties and source off-market opportunities.
